most hair types, including color treated hair. Cleansing/foaming AOS, and CAPB, both derived from
coconut oil and biodegradable; aloe vera (AV), GSKTM (giant sea kelp), lotus flower extract, winter radish
ferment, pomegranate extract, green tea, argan, coconut, and jojoba oils (see notes below). AV vitamins,
minerals, amino acids, and bactericide, salicylic acid, can efficiently cleanse the hair shaft, stripping off
excess sebum and residue from other hair products. AV gently preserves the integrity of hair strands as
it cleans naturally. GSK, 10x more calcium than milk; important for strong, healthy hair, it aids hormone
and enzyme secretion, incl. androgen hormones and biotin enzymes involved in hair growth; and helps
iron absorption, vital for healthy hair, esp. for womxn who are of child-bearing age. GSK has amino acids
including glycine (stimulates hair follicles/triggers keratinization, aiding formation of new hair strands),
and serine (hydrates scalp/hair, conditions and strengthens, can calm frizzy hair, repairs damaged hair by
combining with keratin to form a protective film); copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.
Sacred lotus flower (aka water lily) extract (LFETM ) nourishes scalp, strengthens hair, and reduces hair
thinning; reduces hair/scalp irritation, and keeps hair managed, free from friction and frizz-free, smooth,
shiny. and healthier. LFE antioxidants detoxify the body, skin, and hair; and protect hair follicles and cells
from free radicals and oxidative stress, and reduces scalp irritation and inflammation. Its amino acids,
vitamins, and minerals promote hair growth, improve hair strength and suppleness, reducing breakage,
and stimulate melanin, pigment that imparts color to skin and hair, helping keep hair from becoming gray
or white; and by reviving hair protein, it strengthens hair structure and helps to improve hair tensile
strength. LFE increases blood circulation in the scalp and supplies nutrients to hair follicles. RSFTM
[raphanus sativus (daikon) ferment] moisturizes and nourishes hair and scalp, and softens hair; has an
antimicrobial peptide secreted by lactic acid microorganisms during fermentation, and has salicylic acid;
helps with dandruff, inhibits microorganisms on hair/skin, and alleviates inflammation in areas that
produce too much sebum. Moisturizing argan oil, with linoleic and oleic acid, and vitamin E, can hydrate
hair and prevent frizz; protect hair from free radicals, reduce breakage and shedding; improve scalp
health, inflammatory skin conditions; dandruff and psoriasis; and stimulate cell growth in hair follicles.
Punicic acid in pomegranate strengthens hair follicles and helps ensure proper blood circulation to the
scalp, stimulating hair growth by restoring the normal oil balance of hair, and reducing hair breakage.
How to use: Massage shampoo into wet hair, lather and rinse thoroughly.

Amino acids, building blocks of protein, essential for hair growth and health, are the main component of keratin, which makes up hair.
AOS is not a sulfate; a sulfate links directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom, and a sulfonate links sulfur straight to a carbon atom.
EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) recognizes polyquaternium-7 as safe, and Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) considers it safe.
